Poolside Summer Workout

Here is another summer workout for you! Summer is no longer here, but you can pretty much do it in any pool, so summer isn’t really a must. While swimming is already a good enough workout as is, adding some push-ups in the pool and a couple of tricep exercises is a good way to spice up your workout routine. Do these exercises a few times a week and you will have leaner and toned arms!
