Sometimes there is nothing better then working out outdoors on the beach. You may think: “ya right, all i wanna do on the beach is sip on pina coladas and do nada” and yes, without a doubt that does feel great. However when you want to take a break from doing nothing or attempt to have some balance in between and throw in some activity – doing these exercises is truly great. Breathing in the ocean air, hair blowing in the wind, completely one with nature will inspire you to be good to your body and do what is good for it – exercise! It only takes 5 minutes and works your entire body, toning all the areas at once and building a stronger core. Do this every day during your vacation and you may even avoid putting on the extra pounds from all those pina coladas.
