Energize the Hips

This exercise is good to do before any type of workout for the hips and buns. Look at this one as a sort of non-traditional warm up, which not only prepares the region for the workout but also releases blockages in the second chakra region, the charka responsible for the sexual function, fertility and creativity. Practice this little ritual at least three times a week and you may just notice some very positive changes in those aspects.
