Exercise Quickie on the Bed

This exercise can be done without even as much as getting out of bed, so you definitely don’t have an excuse! It targets multiple areas on the body at once, trimming and toning your gluets, quads, buttocks and abs, giving your that hard to get inner thigh muscle definition. Of course this must be done every day or at least every other day to see the results. Aim to do this exercise for about five minutes total and don’t be surprised if your significant other becomes excited watching your exercise! ;)
