When you are travelling it is easy to forget your workout routine and completely get off track. While there is nothing wrong with letting loose once in a while, it is also a good idea to continue exercising, so that you don’t have to fight the extra pounds when you are back. Here is a simple way how you can make the most of your hotel surroundings and squeeze in a little workout.
